A snapshot captures the current viewport and styling of your map. Snapshots are helpful for saving important views of your map, so that you can easily revisit them while conducting further analysis or presenting your work.
Create a snapshot
Use the Capture button in the toolbar or the Snapshots panel to create a new snapshot.
Manage snapshots
The Snapshots panel contains a list of your snapshots and can be found in the upper-right corner of the map viewport.
Remove a snapshot by hovering over the snapshot and using the red delete button that appears on the upper-right of the snapshot.
Reorder your snapshots by dragging the snapshot image and dropping it in your desired location in the list.
Restore snapshots
Select a snapshot to view your map with its stored location and styling. Once selected, the Snapshot view panel will appear beneath the toolbar.
Any styling or viewport changes you make while viewing a snapshot will not modify the styling and viewport stored in the snapshot.
Use the left and right buttons to quickly view the previous or next snapshots.
The Restore context button () will return your map to its state from before you began viewing snapshots.
