Use Checkpoints to request justification for sensitive actions by following the steps below:
First, determine which type of action should require justification, and verify that there is a corresponding checkpoint type.
Follow the checkpoints configuration guide to set the parameters and conditions of the justification prompt.
In the Configuration tab of the Checkpoints application, find your newly-created checkpoint configuration and use the Preview feature to view the prompt interface users will see. Make changes as needed.
Trigger a checkpoint by attempting a sensitive action that will match the configuration, complete the justification, and submit. Try reviewing records to find a copy of your justification.
