Overview

Quiver dashboard mode allows you to present insights from your analysis in read-only, interactive dashboards. Dashboards can be used as standalone views or embedded in other Foundry applications.

Key features

  • Create multiple dashboards per analysis.
  • Start from a blank dashboard and easily drag-and-drop content from your analysis into the dashboard.
  • Choose between three view styles to optimize your dashboard for standalone consumption or for embedding in other applications.
  • Embed dashboards in other parts of Foundry, including Workshop modules, Notepad documents, Carbon workspaces, and Object Views.

Are Quiver dashboards replacing Quiver templates?

Dashboards are the new way to create views using content from a Quiver analysis that can be shared with other users in a read-only format. Dashboards are designed to improve upon templates and will replace them over time.

At this time, you have the choice of creating either templates or dashboards, though we recommend using only dashboards. We will eventually remove the ability to create new templates.

We are not requiring existing templates to be rebuilt as dashboards. Templates will continue to work as expected. You will still be able to share, embed, and edit Quiver templates. If you would like to convert existing templates to dashboards to benefit from the added functionalities of a dashboard, you will need to rebuild manually as there is no automated conversion of templates to dashboards.
