📖 Task Introduction
For users with adequate permissions, Data Lineage enables setting up recurring build schedules for datasets and pipelines. This task will demonstrate how to define those builds. You can learn more about setting up build schedules in the Scheduling Data Pipelines course.
🔨 Task Instructions
Click the Manage schedules icon (calendar) along the right sidebar, located just below the Manage builds icon you previously accessed.
Select the blue Create button in the top-right corner of the right sidebar.
While we won’t waste unnecessary resources actually setting up a build right now, if you were to establish a build, you’d select amongst the options in this sidebar, including Target datasets, When to build, and Advanced options. After browsing the different options available, close the schedule sidebar by clicking on Cancel.
