📖 Task Introduction

There are other ways to begin your Quiver object analysis and other training tutorials for exploring those methods. We’ve chosen this approach because you’re eventually going to create a dashboard of your analysis and charts templated on this single starting object. In this task, you’ll begin adding and configuring cards and object sets that support the visuals you want:

  • Cards that display aggregated metrics, such as the percentage of delayed flights on this route.
  • A bar chart of affected passengers grouped by flyer status and segmented by country.
  • A line chart filterable by carrier showing performance statistics along this flight route.

As you work toward these end products, you’ll generate a series of cards and steps that we will eventually hide from view, leaving only the visuals in place.

🔨 Task Instructions

The name of your card appears in the top left, and frequently, we will want to change it to be more descriptive of its content and purpose.

Select the name in the top left of the card (for example, Extreme Delays: OO5531 ORD->ATL 2018-02-06) and change it to Flight Alert and hit the enter key.

ℹ️ Quiver does not automatically save your work. Periodically save your Quiver analysis by clicking on the blue Save button at the top of your screen as you progress through the tutorial.
