📖 Task Introduction

For filters to function within and across tabs, some minor settings must be updated in your object view.

🔨 Task Instructions

  1. Click on your Overview tab so that its configuration panel opens on the right side of the screen. If you are already on the Overview tab but you don’t see the tab-level configuration, you are likely inside of a widget on the tab and need to head back to the parent tab settings. See the image below for additional guidance.

  2. At the top of the tab configuration, click on Settings.

  3. Tick the Enabled box in the Cross-Section Filtering section at the bottom. This generates a unique “filter set” ID and enables charts, tables, and filters within a tab to mutually affect each other.

  4. Return to your center navigation pane and choose a country value from your filter. Now notice in your Tabbed Container that the Property Card widgets in your Passenger Statistics tab have updated.
