The People Operations team applies the Palantir mindset and execution style to all things people. We own the employee experience and handle all people projects – from benefits and perks, to new hire onboarding, employee training and growth and more. We represent the interests of our employees, and strive to provide excellent service and continuously iterate and improve. This should be clear: we are not even close to your traditional HR organization. We take HR best practices when possible and leave the rest behind. Responsibilities:
- Own and implement people programs as we expand locally and internationally
- Provide generalist support to core HR processes, for example, immigration, leave of absence and performance management
- Establish and maintain trust and credibility across all levels of the company
- Generate and drive analysis on people metrics
- Internalize Palantir culture by applying the engineering mindset to all problems
- Strong intelligence, emotional intelligence, intuition and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical people
- Ability to handle ambiguity and open-ended problems
- Passion for operational efficiency and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree required from top tier university
- Relevant HR experience is not required, but a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred with a genuine interest in people operations function
